By Air:-the nearest airport is in Bagdogra, West Bengal. The total distance between Bagdogra and Gangtok is around 124 km. This major airport is well connected with all the major cities in India.

By Rail :- The nearest railway station to Gangtok is New Jalpaiguri Junction (NJP), located about 120 km away It is the busiest railhead serving the northeastern states of India and connects them to the mainland of India as well as neighbouring countries of Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh.

By Road:-by road from Bagdogra that is the closest airport, Siliguri that is the closest commercial hub and New Jalpaiguri that is the closest railway station.

Itinerary

Day 1 Siliguri to Gangtok (120KM)

Reach Siliguri airport and meet the trip captain.
Complete documentation and start riding towards Gangtok.
Cherish the wonderfully scenic roads to Gangtok.
On arrival, check in to the hotel.Relish the rest of the day at your leisure
Overnight stay and dinner at the hotel in Gangtok.

Day 2 Gangtok Local Sightseeing ( Approx 60KM)

Have a sumptuous breakfast. Hop on your bike and head on a little excursion to the color-changing Tsomgo Lake (Alt 12000ft).
Get mesmerized by the scenic beauty. Glide across the Nathula Pass get the view of China as we share the border with them.
Tour the Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, located at an altitude of 13123ft
Enjoy an evening stroll in the markets.

Day 3 Gangtok to Lachen (Total 118KM)

Today, start riding towards Lachen (Alt 2750m).Treat yourself with the sight of breathtaking mountain views.
Ride on the hilly terrain that is riddled with great climbs and blessed with the amazing view.
After Reaching Lachen Check In to your Hotel and head Out for Walk around the town in the evening.
Overnight stay and dinner at Lachen Hotel.

Day 4 Lachen - Gurudongmar Lake - Lachung (Total 90KM)

Wake up early in the morning. Grab some breakfast.
Start your Ride towards Gurudongmar Lake, one of the highest lakes in the world (Alt 5430m).
Start Riding back to Lachen Hotel, have your lunch and Then, start riding towards Lachung (Alt 2700m).
Rest of the day at your leisure.
Overnight stay and dinner at Lachung homestay.

Day 5Lachung sightseeing and ride to Gangtok (Approx. 160KM)

Have a delicious breakfast. Embark the journey towards Gangtok.
Visit Yumthang Valley of flowers sanctuary. Behold the natural sanctuary with the river, hot spring, yaks, and grazing pasture.
Climb to the Zero Point (Alt 15300ft), the last outpost of civilization of India.
Click lots of pictures and then descend towards Gangtok.
Overnight stay and dinner at the hotel in Gangtok.

Day 6 Gangtok to Siliguri (Total 120KM)

Relish morning breakfast. Start descending towards Siliguri.
Get chauffeured back to the airport.
Leave with everlasting memories.
